(Senior) Manager Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)
HAG Management Consulting is an owner-managed consulting company focused on corporate steering as well as finance and SAP consulting. We are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to take responsibility and actively shape the further growth of the business.
Your responsibilities
- Take subject-matter and people responsibility for building the Finance & Controlling consulting field.
- Advise clients on accounting and/or controlling topics.
- Design business concepts for corporate steering, for example KPI models, organizational structures and incentive systems.
- Design finance and controlling processes.
- Specify requirements technically and implement customizing, preferably in SAP S/4HANA.
- Support or independently acquire projects.
What you bring
- A completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business information systems or a comparable field with focus on controlling, finance or accounting.
- At least four years of experience in controlling or accounting, either in consulting or in industry.
- Strong SAP knowledge in CO or FI, both conceptually and in customizing, including integration know-how for adjacent modules.
- High willingness to learn and perform, plus the ability to work independently.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to take ownership.
